Bereavement and Funeral Support at Corpus Christi
“For we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed, we have a building from God, an eternal house in heaven, not built by human hands.” (2 Corinthians 5:1)
The loss of a loved one is a profound, life-altering experience. During this difficult time, please know that your parish family stands with you in grief and prayer.
The Catholic tradition holds a deep reverence for those who have passed. Through our prayer and worship, we commit them to God's loving care, while striving to offer solace, hope, and community support to those who are grieving.
Planning a Funeral Mass
“Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.” (Matthew 5:4)
To help ease the administrative burden during your time of loss, Masses of Christian Burial at Corpus Christi are typically scheduled directly through the funeral home you are working with. The funeral director will coordinate directly with our parish staff to arrange the date, time, and liturgical details.
